We are not a franchise, and we use local suppliers and partners whenever possible. All of our employees are based in Omaha. This means there are no royalties sent to parent companies out of state, and we reinvest most of our revenue in the Omaha community.
Jim Stapleton is a career Operations and Supply Chain professional with extensive customer order fulfillment and project management experience. Most recently, Jim spent over 20 years at HP, Inc. managing operations and supply strategies for most PC product lines in North and South America.
His experience managing tens of thousands of customer orders through a complex supply chain gives First Impression a unique ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while providing continuous status communication to our valued customers.
